Orders through this website are processed using a secure server. Credit card information is encrypted before the information is sent over the web. Furthermore, Tomboy Soap company will not share your information with other companies or individuals for solicitation purposes or any other reason.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received before 2 p.m. Mountain time are processed within two business days or sooner unless otherwise noted. Every effort is made to get your order to you in the most timely fashion. Backordered items are not kept in the system and must be re-ordered when that product becomes available again. Estimated time of availability will be provided when possible. To check the status of your order, please email us or phone us at 970/327-0304. Please have your order number handy.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express are accepted as forms of payment. Credit cards are not charged until the day the order ships. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact us directly, 970/327-0304.

SHIPPING/RETURNS
Orders are sent Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise specified (an extra service charge will be applied to UPS and FedEX shipments). Please make sure to include your Post office box number if you do not receive home delivery in your area.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Returns are processed up to 30 days after the purchase of a Tomboy product through this website. (Does not apply to items purchased at a retail store.) Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part. In most cases your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase, however in some cases you will be sent a refund check instead.
